Cancellation Policy

Join us for our NCDA Team Parent Zoom Meetings, where we will go over the details of your child’s dance schedule for the 25-26 season. This one-on-one meeting will cover your child’s fall schedule, costume fees, competition fees, handbook, and new policies. We will also address any financial obligations and answer any questions you may have. Book a time slot for each child and let’s make sure they are all set for the upcoming season! Details The one-on-one parent meetings are offered via zoom only. If you have two children, please select one slot per child. Please select a time that best fits your schedule to go over your child's dance schedule for the 25-26 season. New! There is a $10 holding fee for the meeting, but don't worry, it will be fully credited and applied to your team fee when you commit to the team by signing the contract and making the payment. After all of the meetings, the choreography camp schedule will be posted on the Band App. Solo, Duet, and Trio private selections are determined by the director and after at the meetings. (see handbook for requirements) Schedules permitting, private lessons will begin at the end of September or beginning of Oct. Reminder, the solo permanent schedule will be determined after the academy evaluates all classes and determines when the studio and instructors are available for additional private lessons. The updated team handbook, and electronic contract, will be posted in the band app. Make sure you review the new handbook BEFORE the meeting. The handbook has information to make your experience as stress free as possible. Contracts, tuition adjustments, and team fees are due by the conclusion of the meeting.
