How long does shipping usually take?
Typically, in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days, it also depends on your location.
Non-stock items can range between 4-6 weeks.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope you love your Chique attire order. If not, follow the the steps below.
Returns/Exchanges- Please call our customer relations department to generate a return authorization number.
There is a restocking fee of $5/ item.
All returns are for store credit only. This credit never expires.
Exchanges and returns shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please allow 2- 3 weeks to process returns and exchanges.
Custom and tights are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All item must not be worn and still have original tags on the item.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your purchase date. After the 14 day grace period returns and exchanges are not an option for that order.
Should I create a log in?
Yes, Chique suggests that each customer create a log in to better serve our customers. This log in provides customers the option to update account information, preview order history, transactions via My wallet.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, there is a pick up option when you are checking out. Locations for pick up are as follows:
680 Peoples Plaza Newark, DE 19702 Tues, Wed, and Fri 5pm-8pm.
1 E Whittington Way Mon and Thurs 5pm-7pm
An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.
Do you provide wholesale pricing?
Yes, Chique offer wholesale pricing to Performing arts directors. Simply email us for wholesale options and will be send you a verification email with a customer code. Chique is excited to partner with you to better serve our dance community.
