Service Description

The one on one parent meetings are offered via zoom. If you have two children, please select one slot per family. Please select a time to go over your child's dance schedule for the 23-24 season. This meeting will address your child's fall schedule, costume fees, competition fees, handbook, and new policies. In addition, financial obligations for the team such as; jackets, team fees, and the difference in tuition will be discussed. Dancer's costume and competition fee payment plans will be determined and finalized at this meeting. Choreography camp schedules will be posted on the Band App after the conclusion of all the one on one meetings. Solo, Duet and Trio private lessons and selections are determined AFTEER the start of the season in September. The academy evaluates all classes and determines when the studio and instructors are available for additional private lessons. The updated team handbook and electronic contract will be posted in the band app. Make sure you review the new handbook BEFORE the meeting. The handbook has information to make your experience as stress free as possible. Contracts due at the conclusion of the meeting. Cancellation Policy

Any cancelation made with in 48hrs is subject to a full credit. After the 48 hour period a $45 cancelation fee will be assessed.
